Basing on experience gained in the marketing/advertising business, where I have worked with the largest multinational food corporations as well as local companies, I learned the specificity of working with clients, their needs and the goals they wish to achieve. Through the years I have led hundreds of successful projects in the FMCG sector.

In the last years, mainly because of my passion, I got involved in the culinary market. I have met food producers, chefs, culinary experts, wholesalers and retailers of high quality products such as meat, fish and vegetables. I got to know culinary bloggers, photographers, film producers, cameramen, scriptwriters, culinary journalists and culinary critics…

These experiences led to plenty winning projects – I conducted culinary workshops and trainings, cooked outdoor, took photos, managed food design, organized photo shoots, wrote newspaper articles, cooperated with bloggers at their social media projects. I also created culinary content for blogs, websites and social media portals.

Now it’s time to combine all these experiences and turn them into astonishing projects.

As a design graduate I treat cooking as creating an object, whose form is just as important as its flavor. In my job I search for harmony between shape, color and taste. I draw my inspiration from Indonesia and books inherited from my grandmother. The past three years I’ve been creating the culinary project Made with Love, where I prepare homemade sweets and preserves. I’m also an author of culinary articles which were published on websites dedicated to health and parenthood, as well as culinary magazines.

I’m a devout promoter of urban gardening. My balcony is filled with dozens of tomato varieties. Moreover, during my free time I’m engaged in urban beekeeping. For more than 3 years I have been co-creating the Warsaw Urban Maket, whose 10 editions attracted more than 20 thousand visitors and 400 exhibitors and is now one of the biggest culinary events in Poland.

Jakub Pieniążek, expert and importer of fish and seafood, owner of the company Fish Lovers which transports by plane from Portugal to Poland fish which are bought directly at official fish auctions with guarantee of delivery within 24 hours from arrival in the fishing port. Passionate about food from the oceans. He spent 10 years in Portugal, where he explored the subject of fishery, food production in the marine setting and nuances reflected in taste which stem from species variety, life stage or the origin of fish and marine invertebrates, which are valued on the most famous European tables. A supporter of well though-out, meticulous cooking based on high quality products which are united by a common denominator that is much more than the artistic vision of the chef.

Despite his young age Michał has a unique shoot taking eye. He is from the marvelous city of Zamość. Michał graduated from the Film Academy in Warsaw and currently he runs his own company FireCat Studio. He creates brand new ideas without following common schemes and patterns. Originality – that’s what counts for Michał.

Self-taught photographer, unrealized archeologist and historian. Rafał specializes in culinary photo shooting and portraits. He likes working in ambient light. Water, mango and beef – these are three things he is crazy about. Rafał is a prizewinner of Red Bull Iluume, BZWBK Press Photo, Grand Press Photo and National Geographic.

He’s spontaneous and knows what is improvisation. “My best culinary pictures are those which are taken when I’m hungry – it makes them look more tasty”. His superpowers are underwater photos and controlling chaos.

Jan Wajszczuk, a freelance photographer who has been working professionally for more than 20 years.
Previously a parliament correspondent working for an independent information agency. A graduate of the Polish National Film, Television and Theatre School inn Lodz. A member of the Polish Journalist Association and the Polish Photo Association of Artists. A co-founder of the photography group Slowphoto. He cooperates with advertising agencies and conducts photo shoots for such institutions as banks, publishing houses and production plants.

I’m an Italian Varsovian, so dualism has been close to me since birth. In my fridge beside parmesan cheese and wine, the most important place is reserved for film rolls. For 15 years I have been heatedly portraying people – their energy, class and engaging glances. I work mainly in analog photography technique, what enables me to focus and respect the time and process. For more than a decade I’ve also been involved in the culinary and winery business. In 2014 I finished the advanced level of the winery course WSET. I encourage others to blend tastes consciously in my articles in Monitor Magazine. I also believe that photography and cooking are not separate areas. Combining them allows us to travel in time and space.

Constantly, through a variety of channels, we receive thousands of information. Food, culinary and beverage sectors are developing exceptionally rapidly. Received massages make us aware of food features, quality and the need of possessing.
In this mass of information it’s getting harder and harder to launch new products or services. New ideas have to face constant changes, improvements, new recipes, market trends, flavors, chefs and restaurants…
Cooking and culinary art have become a very important part of our life.
